Child Safety Standards
Last updated: April 2026
ITSCIENCE L.L.C-FZ, operating SnapTik (“we”, “us”, “Snaptik”), is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in connection with our services. SnapTik allows users to report child safety concerns in the app; reports are reviewed and addressed in line with this policy.
Zero tolerance policy
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. Such content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including removal and escalation as required by law.
1. Content moderation
- We prohibit any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
- We actively work to identify and remove violating content.
- We use a combination of technical measures and human review, where appropriate, to detect and address prohibited material.
2. Reporting to authorities
- We report identified CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other competent authorities as required by applicable law.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
- We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the regions where we operate.
3. User reporting
- Users can report child safety concerns directly in the app using the reporting flows available on relevant content or screens.
- Reports are reviewed promptly and we take appropriate action when violations are confirmed.
- We encourage users to report any suspicious content or behavior related to child safety.
